Can customers order heating oil from an app?
Yes. Your customers download your app, under your name, and order by fill-up, gallons, tank reading or dollar amount. They pick a delivery time slot and pay in the app. You choose which order types to turn on.
Does it replace my billing or degree-day system?
No. Blink Fuel is not an accounting system and it does not forecast autofill. Keep the back office you trust for billing and degree-day routing. Blink Fuel handles ordering, dispatch to the driver's phone, proof at the tank and your website.
How does dispatch work?
A new order shows up on your web dashboard and in your email. You assign it to a driver. The stop goes to his phone by push notice and lands on his calendar. You can track the truck and the payment from the dashboard.
What does the driver record at the tank?
Gallons delivered, a photo of the meter before and after, and the customer's signature. He sends it to the office, the order turns to Delivered, and the customer gets a notice. The driver app keeps working with no cell signal.
Can I sell memberships and add-ons?
Yes. Memberships, add-ons and delivery fees are all live in the app. You set the prices, including your price for each fuel. You can also send coupons and push messages to one customer or your whole list.
What fuels does it handle?
Every fuel you deliver: heating oil, kerosene, all grades of gasoline, on-road and off-road diesel, propane, aviation fuel and race fuel. One app and one dashboard cover all of them.
How long does it take to launch?
Your website is done in about a week. The mobile app and the back office are running a couple of weeks after that.
What does it cost?
