Privacy Policy

Blink Fuel is a product of Digital Software Services LLC (“DSS”, “we”, “us”, “our”), 112 Holby Lane, Pottstown, PA 19465. This policy explains what we collect on blinkfuel.com, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, how long we keep it, and how to get a copy of it or have it deleted.

What we collect

• What you type into a form. Every page on this site carries a demo-request form. It collects your name, email address, phone number, company name and the free-text message you write. We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers, or any sensitive category of personal information.
• What is recorded automatically when you submit. The submission timestamp, your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string and the page you came from, kept as an anti-spam and abuse-prevention measure. Our host also runs an invisible bot check on form submissions.
• Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics (measurement ID G-LFKP0TCQ97) to count visits and see which pages get read. It sets cookies in your browser. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

Why we use it

We use what you submit to contact you about the demo you asked for, to answer your question, and to follow up with you about Blink Fuel. We use the automatically recorded data to keep spam and automated abuse off the form. We use analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not use your information for automated decision-making about you.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it. We do not hand it to anyone for their own marketing.

Who processes it for us

Named, because you are entitled to know where your information actually goes:

• Vercel Inc. — hosts this website, runs the form’s serverless function and its bot check.
• Resend — delivers the notification email carrying your form submission to our team.
• Google LLC — provides the analytics described above.
• Supabase Inc. — hosts the database behind our customer-relationship system, where an accepted submission is stored as a lead record.

Each acts on our instructions. None of them is permitted to use your information for its own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep a form submission, and the lead record created from it, for as long as we are in contact with you about Blink Fuel and for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. After that we delete it or strip it of anything identifying, unless a law requires us to keep it longer. Analytics data is held by Google under the retention period set on our Google Analytics account. You can ask us to delete your record sooner — see the next section.

Getting a copy, a correction, or a deletion

Email contact@blinkfuel.com, call 610-220-3906, or write to Digital Software Services LLC, 112 Holby Lane, Pottstown, PA 19465. Tell us the email address or phone number you used on the form so we can find your record. We will confirm your request and act on it within 45 days. It costs you nothing, and we will not treat you any differently for asking.

How we protect it

Traffic to and from this site is encrypted in transit. Access to submitted information is restricted to the people at DSS who need it to answer you. We cannot promise absolute security — nobody honestly can — but we hold no payment data on this site and we do not keep information we have no use for.

Children

Blink Fuel is sold to businesses. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Our pages link to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Read their policy before giving them anything.

Business transfers

If DSS is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer with the business. We will post notice on this page before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is material we will say so prominently here.

Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
